Do you guarantee rankings?: No, and anyone who does is guessing. We guarantee placement, which is the part we control.
How far ahead do we need to brief you?: Two weeks is comfortable. Less is often possible; ask before you promise it to a client.
Who approves the draft?: You do, before it reaches the publication.
Do you work with agencies outside Europe?: Yes, though scheduling calls across time zones is done by email.
